Toxic behavior is deeply ingrained in corporate culture, mirroring outdated norms. Many employees endure a constant barrage of microaggressions that erode their self-esteem and creativity, often in silence. What began as a task force in 2018 evolved into a DEI movement dedicated to transforming workplace culture. Create Greater Than is a culture platform addressing industry-wide toxic behavior. Rooted in the power of empathy, we developed programs, resources, and storytelling to foster more inclusive environments. This small but determined team created experiences that challenged mindsets and behaviors, driving positive change in the workplace.
